EL CAMPESINO

I'm not sure how to reconcile this encounter with my previous falafel experiences. It wasn't like any wrap I've had before. The hummus made it creamy, like an egg salad sandwich, and the pita folded funny, half-circular, like a pasty. The falafel was in a bowl in the deli counter and my hopes were not high but they were certainly exceeded! A new experience. Five stars.
