There is a stall in this market with a sign that says “falafel”, because that is something they sell. I tried it. I am glad I did, because it reminded me that not all falafel is incredible. It reminded me to be grateful when good falafel comes my way. It was thankfulness falafel. Perspective falafel. Five stars.
